⚙️ Production Process – From Mine to Doré

1. Extraction

Open‑pit or underground mining extracts ore, which is then crushed and milled.

2. Gravity Concentration

Using sluices and shaking tables to separate dense gold particles from waste.

3. Smelting

Concentrate is smelted at 1200°C to produce doré bars (typically 80‑95% pure).

4. Refining (optional)

Doré bars can be refined to 99.9%+ at our Kampala facility or partner refineries.

🔍 Quality Control & Responsible Sourcing

Gold Traders International implements a rigorous due diligence program aligned with OECD guidelines:

Our quality control includes 100% assay verification (XRF and fire assay) before export.
